HOW IT WORKS

We know marketing is hard! Let us make it easy.

We offer you fully guided onboarding and your own personal success coach to be your cheerleaders along the way. Not only do you have a one on one guide but also someone to make you feel good and celebrate the wins along the way! You can’t get that at the local coffee shop. We offer training, access to a full knowledge base, and education all as part of our commitment to you and your success!

Step 1

Kick-off Meeting

This meeting is set to kick-start your project and welcome you to the marketing family.

What you can expect:

Your assigned Onboarding Manager will meet with you to introduce themselves and learn a little bit about you, the practice, and your expectations of the project. Then you’ll go over some of the tools we use to gather information and the tools we will provide you to succeed.

How long will it take:

This meeting typically takes about 1 hour.

Kick Off Call
Step 2

Website Design Meeting

This meeting is to get an idea of what your design style is and how we can incorporate that into the new site and tie it all together with the look and feel of your practice.

What you can expect:

We will review any items assigned from our previous meeting. Then we will walk through our theme choices and work with your Onboarding Manager to choose one. We will then discuss what you like and dislike about your current website and address any questions. Finally, we will wrap up the call by walking through our design form where you get to choose certain design elements of your new site! This meeting is very important as it's the final piece of information we need to start building your website.

How long will it take:

This meeting typically takes about 1 hour.

Step 3

Progress Update Meeting

This meeting is used to gather any missing information we need to fill your site with unique content before we have the team wrap the build of your website and prep it for demo to you.

What you can expect:

Your Onboarding Manager comes prepared with a list of missing assets and/or clarification questions, that also get emailed to you a few days prior to the call. Then we walk through a list of items with you with the goal of having you provide the asset or answer in live time. This allows us to really polish off your new website before we demo it to you. Ideally, we want to demo the site in an almost completed format to ensure a faster launch for you.

How long will it take:

This meeting is dependent on you and your participation. Could take up to 1 hour, but we often see clients excel at providing assets and we then turn this meeting into the Website Demo! Would it be great to shave a meeting off your list!?

Progress Update Meeting
Step 4

Website Demo Meeting

Woohoo! You’ve made it to the website demo! It's time to see how all that hard work and answering all our questions has paid off!

What you can expect:

Your Onboarding Manager will walk you through your initial design form choices bringing all those elements back to the front of your mind. Then we add in some informational items to help educate you on the expectations of results and how to ensure we get the best results for you. Once we get through all the fun stuff we get to the start of the show…your new website! You’ll be walked through your new site and be able to ask questions and request edits to get you one step closer to launching!

How long will it take:

This meeting typically takes about 1 hour.

Step 4
Demo meeting
Step 5

Pre-Launch Meeting

Shortly after demoing the site we will schedule this meeting to wrap up any final tasks, review site navigation and editing, and review how to enter help desk tickets for assistance.

Your Onboarding Manager will go over the following:

  1. How to make simple edits to your website. Though this is not required of you and we are more than happy to make all the edits for you.
  2. Review of the knowledgebase and support ticketing system. Setting up your Help Desk account and showing you how to submit tickets to our team can quickly address them.
  3. How to add the starter blogs to your site and edit them.
  4. Review any marketing platform questions you may have and hand them off to your Success Coach.

How long will it take:

This meeting typically takes about 30 min-1 hour.

Step 5
Post launch meeting
Step 6

Success Coaching Thereafter

Monthly meetings are 1 hour in length and are structured around you and your success.

What you can expect:

You and your assigned Success Coach will work together to ensure the usage and success of our program. Every meeting is scheduled at the end of the previous month's meeting so there is no need for us to track you down or you to remember to schedule it. We have a structured layout for all our calls that review the health of your website, current activity in the marketing platform, and action items to do before the next month's call. We will also cover any questions or concerns you may have. This monthly coaching continues as long as you are part of our marketing family.
