This meeting helps us understand your design style and preferences to create a website that aligns with your practice's look and feel. We’ll review assigned items, explore theme options, and finalize design details to start building your new site.

We use this time to gather any remaining information needed to complete your website and prepare it for demo. Your Onboarding Manager will review missing assets and clarifications with you in real-time to ensure your site is polished and ready for launch.

Woohoo! The Website Demo is your chance to see all your hard work come to life! We will walk you through your new website, highlighting how it all comes together. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, request edits, and move closer to launching your site.

About 1–2 weeks after your site launches, this meeting wraps up your onboarding journey. We will show you how to make simple website edits, use the support system, add starter blogs, and address any marketing platform questions before transitioning you to your Success Coach.

Monthly 1-hour meetings with your Success Coach are designed to ensure your ongoing success with the program. Each session reviews your website’s performance, marketing activity, action items, and any questions or concerns, with a structured plan to keep you on track month after month.
